On the 1st January of 2007 the above legal directive has come into effect. The "WFT" covers nearly
all supervisory regulations for the financial markets including the control mechanisms thereof.
Callas acquired the necessary licenses for its operations in the same year and thereby committed
itself to adhere to all the regulations set by the "WFT".

Besides having its own procedures for complaints, Callas is also connected to the official Institute for Complaints of the financial service sector, the KiFiD (www.kifid.nl)
